Master Team Automotive runs masterteamautomotive.com. This page explains what the website collects and what we do with it. It covers the website — not the paperwork you sign in the shop.
The contact form
Our Contact page asks for your name, a phone number and/or an email address (at least one, so we can reply), your message, and optionally your vehicle and the best day or time to reach you. Submitting it sends that information through Web3Forms — a third-party form service — which delivers it to us as email. If your browser runs JavaScript, after a successful submission we also try to copy those details, plus the page you sent the form from, into the shop's Cloudflare D1 lead database. We use this record for lead follow-up and to measure which pages generate inquiries. We don't sell or rent it, and sending the form doesn't subscribe you to anything.
If you become a customer, your name and contact information also go into Mitchell, the shop-management system we use to track vehicles and service history. Mitchell also sends service reminders and review requests on our behalf, so you may hear from it after a visit — tell us if you'd rather not.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people visit, how they find the site, and roughly where visitors come from. These services can receive page addresses, the referring page when your browser shares it, and browser or device details. Cloudflare Web Analytics also receives page-load timing. We also count clicks on our phone number, our email address, appointment-request links, and the “get directions” link, and we record when a message is sent successfully, so we know which ones people use. When JavaScript is on, we also try to record each click on the phone number or an appointment link in the shop's Cloudflare D1 lead database: whether it was a call or an appointment click, when it happened, the page you clicked from, and a random ID for that click — no name, phone number or other contact details. Google Analytics sets cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not. We run no advertising or remarketing trackers.
Stored in your browser
The site remembers your light or dark theme choice and whether you dismissed a holiday-hours notice. Both stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
Services that make this site work
Cloudflare hosts the site, so it handles every request — including your IP address. Our Contact page, our service-area pages, and our vehicle-make pages each embed a Google map, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare — hosting, web analytics, and D1 lead storage
- Google — Analytics and Maps
- Web3Forms — contact-form delivery
How long we keep it
Messages you send are delivered to our shop mailbox. Lead records in Cloudflare D1, from the form and from clicks, are automatically purged after 730 days. To limit abuse, the lead database also keeps the IP address of each request for about an hour, separately from the record, then deletes it. We choose how long Google Analytics keeps user- and event-level data; its standard summary reports aren't covered by that setting. Cloudflare Web Analytics keeps its data under Cloudflare's own retention rules.
Your choices
You can browse the site without submitting anything. To ask what we have, or to have information deleted that we still control, email us, call, or write to the address below. A browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts, or turning off JavaScript, stops both analytics services. Blocking cookies alone won't reliably stop either.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
